Daniel Zalcman
Daniel studied IT at school and did work experience at a local computer repair store in Melbourne before completing a Bachelor of Computing degree at Monash University.

Since then, he has gained many years of IT experience including stints as the IT Manager for Corporate Telephone Directories, Lincolne Scott Consulting Engineers and the Association of Independent Schools of Victoria. Daniel is particularly strong in the Microsoft technologies including servers, workstations, networking, media centres and pocket PCs.

Unlike his beloved footy team, the Saints, Daniel achieves consistently excellent results - hopefully St Kilda will do so too in the not too distant future.

Eugene Quah
Eugene has worked in the IT industry for more than 10 years.
The corporate roles he has previously held have included IT Support Officer at Griffith University and Network Administrator for the Victorian Law Institute as well as providing systems and network engineering services for Protech Australia and NCR. Eugenes technical strengths include network set-ups, security planning and maintenance including firewall and VPN, VOIP planning and set-up, and system improvements and optimization.

Like Daniel, Eugene is far more consistent and successful than his footy team, the Western Bulldogs, whose time to win the Grand Final is also hopefully coming soon!

Adrian Douglas
After completing three years of a Bachelor of Engineering (Computers and Electronics) degree, Adrian joined a national computer retailer in sales.

Over the following 13 years, Adrian held multiple roles in the retail and corporate sector, thereby gaining extensive experience in all facets of the IT industry - from sales, operations, technical to management. Adrian's specialty is small to medium business, especially accounting firms, but he also thoroughly enjoys helping home users.

Outside of work, Adrian loves any type of sport, but with three young children to keep him busy, he's limited to watching and listening only!

Eugene, Daniel, Adrian and our many other experienced Melbourne Geeks are delighted to serve our Melbourne customers, whether it is computer networking, computer repairs, computer troubleshooting or computer support that they need.
