Customer Service Specialist

Don’t worry, we will provide you with full training so no technical knowledge or call centre experience is required!

A typical day in the life might include:

  • Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Capture the nature of the issue and explain to new customers how our service works
  • Schedule appointments with the right technician for the job
  • Resolve customer concerns and post service queries
  • Provide friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians
