Our Customer Service Specialists are the backbone of Geeks2U. We know that nothing is more important to our brand than exceptional customer service, and the wow factor our awesome team provides sets us apart from the pack!

Don’t worry, we will provide you with full training so no technical knowledge or call centre experience is required!

A typical day in the life might include:

  • Schedule appointments with the right technician for the job
  • Resolve customer concerns and post service queries
  • Provide friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunities for future personal growth and career development
  • Spacious new office space in a great area and super close to public transport
  • Fresh fruit to snack on during the day and excellent kitchen facilities
  • Casual dress code
  • Regular team functions

If you get a kick out of making people happy, and have a knack for customer service, we want you!
